Our co-founders led the development of seven simultaneous turnkey applications for the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Infrastructure for Rebuilding America (INFRA) and Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) discretionary grant programs in 2017.

INFRA and TIGER grant applications require a robust, defendable, and repeatable benefit-cost analysis (BCA).  We’ve developed effective BCA approaches, from interchange modifications to new toll roads that comprehensively capture benefits.

Our experience enables us to ask the right questions that make grant applications more competitive, such as those related to cost share, innovative financing, freight movement, economic benefits, hurricane evacuation, military deployment, access to healthcare, project readiness, and previous nearby investments, to name a few.

Modern Mobility Partners can provide turnkey grant applications, including all elements of the BCA, using compelling graphics with supporting data to illustrate the selling points of your project.

This includes the recently released Notice of Funding Opportunity for the USDOT BUILD Grants.  The BUILD Grant is the New TIGER Grant and will be awarding $1.5 billion for National Infrastructure Investments. Applications are due 7/19/18! Need help? Modern Mobility Partners can do anything from helping identify eligible and competitive projects to developing a full turnkey application including the robust benefit cost analysis required.  We’ve even put together grant highlights for you.
