Victoria is a Senior Transportation Planner at Modern Mobility Partners. She is a programmer with an extensive background in urban design, transportation planning, and traffic engineering. She is proficient in travel demand modeling at both the county and the statewide level, as well as in regional managed lane studies. She has experience in community outreach and training development, with a specialty in applying artificial intelligence to planning and development automation tools.

 

Victoria holds three master's degrees from Georgia Institute of Technology: a Masters of Science in Computer Science, a Masters of City & Regional Planning, and Master of Science in Civil Engineering.
